If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund (excluding the original delivery charge) on receipt, or exchange it for another item/size/colour if preferred. In the interests of hygiene, we do not accept returns of pierced jewellery unless faulty.
