Arrange a Return

We have an integrated RMA area to request an exchange, return or refund. You can access the RMA by clicking on the link below and entering your ORDER number along with your email address. N.B. If have a customer account, please log into your account and request a return from here.
Once we receive the RMA request, we will reply with a Return (RMA) number and details of how to return the product(s). We offer a complimentary returns service for our UK based customers - we will provide you with a Freepost address in our return email. The free returns service covers the cost of returning goods to us via first class mail. It does not include insured/recorded post. International customers will need to pay postage to return items.
Please note that we operate a strict 14 day returns policy (21 days for international customers). Read our full returns policy before proceeding. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged with their original packing with tags attached and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, or show obvious signs of abuse. We do not accept unauthorised returns.
