Arrange a Return

Complete this simple form to request an exchange, return or refund. When we receive this email we will reply with a Return (RMA) number and details of how to return the product(s). We will respond as soon as we can. Returns are free for all our UK based customers - we will provide you with a Freepost address. International customers will need to pay postage to return items.

Please note that we operate a strict 14 day returns policy (21 days for international customers) and items of pierced jewellery are non returnable. Read our full returns policy before proceeding. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged with their original packing with tags attached and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, or show obvious signs of abuse. We do not accept unauthorised returns.
