Arrange a Return
We have an integrated RMA area to request an exchange, return or refund. You can access the RMA by clicking on the link below and entering your ORDER number along with your email address. N.B. If you have a customer account, please log into your account and request a return from there.
Once we receive the RMA request, we will reply with a Return (RMA) number and details of how to return the product(s). Customers will need to pay postage to return items.
Please note that we operate a strict 14 day returns policy (21 days for international customers). Read our full returns policy before proceeding. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged with their original packing with tags attached and be in an unworn condition. We will not refund goods that have been worn, or show obvious signs of abuse. We do not accept unauthorised returns.
